Important points
- Customized items, gift boxes, and cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items: unworn, unscented, unwashed, and neatly folded.

Must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories (bag, tag, etc.). If any of these elements are missing, a fee of €3 will be deducted from the refund.

If, after a refund, your order amount falls below the free delivery threshold and you had benefited from free delivery, the €5.95 shipping costs offered will be reintegrated into the calculation of the refund.
- Shipping costs paid are never refunded.
- Refused or Unclaimed Packages : Packages refused or returned due to exceeding the retention period will be re-shipped once shipping fees are paid again.
- Only one return/exchange is allowed per order.
- Any package not collected on time at a relay point will incur a €5 penalty, in accordance with the fees charged by Chronopost.
- For items valued > €75, use a tracked and insured shipping service.
